The accounting, auditing, and tax consulting group CGA & Partners was founded

It was founded in 2005 by the chartered accountant, consultant, and financial and tax expert, Eid Hassan Ghoneim.

Through a journey of twenty years of hard professional work and keenness to provide the best services with professionalism and expertise, it has become one of the most important leading entities in providing accounting, financial, tax and consulting services in Egypt, and it has strong professional relationships with most state institutions at the level of the government, the private sector, the banking sector and other related sectors.

The group started from its headquarters in Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt, and spread out to serve its clients, reaching four major branches and offices, which include the best expertise and professional staff, with a number that reached more than 75 specialized staff of accountants, auditors, financial, legal and administrative experts with diverse, multiple and accumulated experiences.

At CGA Group, we have adopted a clear approach and strategy based on providing our services accurately, objectively, and confidently, in accordance with the highest local and international professional standards. We have distinguished ourselves by our ability to find integrated financial and tax solutions to support our partners from institutions and companies in all economic, industrial, productive, and service sectors, with a system that has contributed to maintaining growth, commitment, and sustainability, and has worked to complete the registration and accreditation procedures with regulatory and banking authorities to enhance the scope of our services.

Based on our strong belief in work and strategic partnership, the group worked through a professional partnership with the Adroit Accountax office in London, UK, to promote integration and international work. Through the advanced professional perspective and thinking that has proven worthy of the respect of partners, the group achieved a volume of dealings with more than 750 clients of different sizes, categories, and diverse economic sectors and activities. We always look forward to providing all human, technological, and professional capabilities in order to double this level with confidence, ability, and organized performance that believes in the importance of the elements of time and accuracy of financial work.

  • First, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who taught me a skill and guided me along the professional path that led me to establish this prominent group and esteemed institution in the fields of accounting, auditing, and financial advisory.

  • My journey began upon graduating from the Faculty of Commerce, continuing as a Certified Public Accountant, and later joining leading Egyptian tax and legislative associations, the Egyptian Society of Accountants, and various business associations across Egypt and Africa. These experiences laid the foundation for CGA & Partners to be registered with the Central Bank of Egypt, the Central Auditing Organization, the Suez Canal Economic Zone Authority, the Financial Regulatory Authority, and numerous local, regional, and international financial and banking institutions.

  • Everything achieved in this journey for CGA & Partners, including the establishment of professional standards, integrity, and dedication, has been guided by a clear mission: upholding ethical, national, and societal responsibilities toward the national economy, and supporting our clients—now exceeding 750—whom we regard as the true capital of this remarkable organization.

  • My message to our clients is simple: true partnership stems from shared responsibility—whether it is ensuring organizational performance through internal audit and governance systems, conducting accurate financial audits, preparing realistic financial feasibility studies, or diligently monitoring implementation.
