Following the completion of the audit, the audit team prepares reports detailing the audit findings, supported by all the evidence relied upon in preparing the reports. These reports include two types:
1. Prepared upon completion of the documentary audit, this report includes the observations made by the audit team, recommendations for addressing these observations, methods for improving employee performance, and management's comments on these observations.
2. The report is prepared upon completion of the review of the annual financial statements. It is the auditor’s report, which includes our opinion on the books, accounts, and records of the entity, the extent to which it applies the laws, regulations, and decisions governing the business of the public entity under review, and our opinion on the extent to which the financial statements represent the financial position of the entity at the end of the financial period, and the extent to which the income statements show the true activity of the entity, in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards.
